Patrick Amar on his way from Air France to El Al
Patrick Amar who will in the coming days complete his term as general manager of Air France-KLM in Israel, is negotiating with El Al with a view to becoming regional manager for Europe, replacing Izzy Cohen, the current manager of El Al’s office in Paris.
Amar who completes four and a half years service in Israel, returns to the Air France-KLM headquarters in Paris in order to serve for a number of months in a commercial role. After that he is expected to leave Air France-KLM and join El Al as its regional manager for Europe and South America.
Amar, who will be conducting negotiations with El Al in the coming days regarding his joining El Al, will replace Izzy Cohen the current manager of El Al in Paris, who was also responsible for South America.
When questioned by Educational Travel, Patrick Amar, who will be replaced by Viviane Del Mas, had no comment.
El Al’s response was that they do not divulge information regarding company appointments.
