El Al has announced the launch of a new sales promotion called “London Month” offering passenger’s tickets to London starting at $399 with a range of additional offers. At the beginning of the month EasyJet launched its service to Israel, with six weekly flights on the London to Tel Aviv route.

With the arrival of EasyJet, El Al has responded with a new sales promotion, offering its customers flights at discounted prices, packages including theatre shows and tickets to soccer matches in England, free rail transportation from London Luton Airport to the centre of London and significant discounts for students and children. Until now these offers targeted El Al club members only, but from now these offers will be available to all passengers.

This offer is for seats located in El Al’s basic economy cabin. Regular economy class fares are being offered at $470. The offer titled “London Month” also includes for business class passengers up to 500 points off the price of bonus tickets to and from London.

The British low cost carrier EasyJet began its new service providing six weekly flights between London Luton Airport and Tel Aviv on aircraft type Airbus A320. As part of their service, EasyJet will offer passengers a menu which includes kosher meals for £3.50.

With the arrival of EasyJet, the other carriers on the route, British Airways, bmi and El Al have launched enticing offers, including among other things significant discounts, bonus tickets and the option of accumulating additional air miles for club members.
