The British low cost carrier which is to start operating six weekly flights on the London Luton to Tel Aviv route from the beginning of November has announced that it will offer meals, including a kosher menu. The price of the flight is expected to increase from £70 to £120 in each direction.
EasyJet is to offer passengers on the London Luton to Tel Aviv route the choice of kosher meals prepared by kosher food specialists Hermolis, who are based in North West London. The menu will include among other things: smoked salmon, bagel with cheese, mozzarella sandwiches and rolls with chocolate.
According to the announcement from the company, the price of the kosher meals remains unchanged and will cost £3.50 per passenger. In addition, easyJet has announced an increase in the sale of tickets on the flight to Israel and so as a result the fare will increase. At present the fare stands at £102 in each direction.
EasyJet commences flights to Israel on 2nd November and will operate six weekly flights from London Luton Airport, located 56 kilometers north of central London, on aircraft type Airbus A320.
